Helliwell Heaven, 12" x 12", oil on canvas
Excuse the cheesy title..though Helliwell is a bit of heaven. I am in a happy painting mood these days, not sure what makes it so, sometimes painting is really just difficult and i wish to be doing anything else..but it always passes and I enjoy it again. I was listening to an interview with writer Margaret Drabble on the radio this past weekend, and she mention how much at times she really didnt like writing. I think people think because its "creative work" its always blissful..sometimes it is., just not always. And artists being artists, so up and down..it makes sense, why expect it to be all the same all the time?.
