Spring Green, and tree friends

Spring Green, 6" x 6" acrylic on panel

I am really getting into painting trees lately, I think this was from a photo taken up on Helliwell, ..there are some beautiful stands of trees up there.  I like it when trees seem to group togeather like an intentional meeting or hanging out ..they look like friends or family!  or is my imagination overactive!!??

An inviting red door behind this big tree is what caught my eye.

Aspen Grove 3

Aspen Grove 3, 5" x 7", oil on panel, $125.00 + s/h

The colour and dance of these groves of aspens are really fun to paint. Love this sparkly weather we are having right now. The colours of the trees are amazing.
